This policy explains what Dealer AI Websites ("we," "us") collects on dealeraisites.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this marketing website and to inquiries you send us. Websites we build and operate for dealership clients have their own privacy policies published on those sites.
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you request an audit or demo, you provide your name, dealership, email address, phone number, current website address and what you're interested in. If you email or text us, we keep that correspondence.
- Technical information. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) to operate and secure the site. Our lead form records your IP address and browser type to prevent spam.
What we don't do
- We don't use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics on this site.
- We don't sell, rent or trade your personal information.
- We don't send marketing email to people who haven't asked to hear from us.
How we use your information
- To respond to your audit or demo request and follow up about our services.
- To prepare the free site audit you asked for, which involves reviewing your public dealership website.
- To operate, secure and improve this website.
- To comply with law and enforce our terms.
Who we share it with
Service providers who help us run the site and communicate with you: our hosting and email delivery provider, and the email service we use to read and reply to messages. They process data on our behalf under their own security commitments. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights. Fonts on this site are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the font loads.
How long we keep it
Inquiry records are kept as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the length of our relationship plus any period required for legal or accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@dealeraisites.com. We will respond within 30 days. Residents of California and other states with privacy laws have additional rights, including the right to know what we collect and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights; we honor them for everyone. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Lead data is stored in an access-controlled data store and delivered by email to our team. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We don't knowingly collect information from them.
The demo store
aiagentmotors.com is a demonstration dealership we operate to show the platform. It is fictitious; nothing on it is for sale. Any information you enter there (saved vehicles, sign-in, lead forms) is handled under this same policy and may be deleted at any time.
